Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
Talent Excellence is a certified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a psychometric questionnaire that measures an individual’s general preferences, personality type, and perceptions of the world. For example, are you an extrovert or an introvert? Do you make decisions based predominantly on your intuition or logic?
Not meant as a measure of aptitude, the Myers-Briggs assessment can instead provide self-awareness – a self-awareness that works to facilitate successful career transition planning as well as to improve the dynamics of any team.
360-Feedback
Talent Excellence has years of experience employing 360-Feedback, a non-threatening individual-performance assessment tool. A great way to receive anonymous feedback from coworkers, peers, and management, the 360-Feedback system evaluates an employee’s strengths as well as opportunities for improvement in areas like character, teamwork, and leadership effectiveness.
